Cindy Frank appointed Senior VP of Operations

ST. LOUIS, MO. (October 18, 2018) - World Pediatric Project welcomes Linda Wulf as the new executive director of World Pediatric Project, St. Louis.  She succeeds Cindy Frank who has taken on a new role as Senior VP of Operations of the headquarters team.
Linda served on the World Pediatric board of directors for two years, and says she’s thrilled to lead the organization after being a WPP supporter since 2013. “I am grateful for the opportunity to lead this exceptional organization which is transforming the lives of critically ill children in our partner countries. Daily, I am inspired by World Pediatric Project’s mission, the unbelievable commitment of our staff and our medical volunteers – all of them making an incredible difference in the lives of so many children.”
Linda comes to World Pediatric Project after serving as the director of Corporate Industry Relations for the American Optometric Association the past two years. She has an extensive background in the St. Louis nonprofit arena with leadership roles at SSM Foundation and Sunnyhill, both local nonprofits after beginning her career as a registered nurse.
During Cindy’s four year tenure as Executive Director, the number of children undergoing donated treatment in St. Louis tripled, revenue also tripled to exceed 1.8 million dollars and many new staff were added to support organizational growth. “It has been a great honor and privilege to help over 3,000 children a year get the life-changing and lifesaving surgeries they so desperately need. I look forward to enhancing World Pediatric Project strategic growth of operations in my new role.”
