On Friday, January 19, 2018 over 400 friends of World Pediatric Project gathered at Old Warson Country Club for an evening of celebration and fundraising.
Highlights of the evening included keynote speaker WPP patient Erickson, 13 years old from Guatemala whose life was forever changed through orthopedic treatment at Shriners Hospital St. Louis as well as an art installation of 2,292 paper doves representing every child served by World Pediatric Project over the past year.
Through the incredible generosity of those in attendance, sponsorships and donations, a record breaking $800,000 was raised to assist children needing pediatric medical care in the Caribbean and Central America.
